Make services and coverage explicit
List the jobs the company wants, the areas it can serve profitably and the work it should not attract. Build the navigation around those decisions.
Emergency, repair, installation and maintenance searches often need different information.
Show proof close to the decision
Use real project photos, service explanations, licences where relevant, warranties, process and case context. Generic stock images and unsupported superlatives do little to reduce risk.
Add proof to the service page instead of hiding everything in a gallery.
Coordinate site and maps
Business profiles, website contact facts, categories and service areas should agree. Maintain reviews and photos as part of operations, not a one-time launch task.
Bing and Apple visibility can extend the footprint beyond Google.
Measure booked work
Track calls and messages, label qualified enquiries and connect won work back to service and area where possible.
Use that evidence to decide which pages, profiles and campaigns deserve expansion.
How this becomes a project
A useful next step is a short audit of your current pages, search footprint, proof and measurement. The output should identify the few constraints worth fixing before more content or media is added.
