Terms for using this website and its planning tools.
These terms cover the public website. Paid services begin only under a separate written proposal, order or agreement.
1. Operator
This website is operated by Ilya Mylin, sole proprietor in the republic of armenia. Contact: ilyamylin@gmail.com.
2. Information, not a guarantee
Pages, guides, case studies, prices and calculator outputs are general planning information. Search rankings, advertising performance, enquiry volume, revenue and third-party platform decisions are not guaranteed. Case results describe particular projects and do not promise the same outcome elsewhere.
3. Estimates and proposals
Calculator outputs are directional estimates based on the selected services, duration and media budget. They are not an offer, invoice or binding quote. Final scope, timing, currency, taxes, payment schedule and deliverables are stated in a written proposal or service agreement.
4. Third-party costs and services
Advertising media, software subscriptions, data, hosting, travel, legal review and other external costs are separate unless a signed document states otherwise. Links to email, messaging, search, map and analytics providers are governed by those providers’ terms.
5. Intellectual property
The site’s original text, layout, graphics and code may not be copied, republished or sold without permission, except for brief quotation allowed by law with clear attribution. Client ownership and licences for paid deliverables are defined in the relevant service agreement.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe security, submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, scrape at harmful scale or use the contact channels for spam.
7. Availability and liability
The site may be changed, suspended or contain occasional errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for indirect loss arising solely from reliance on public planning content or the availability of third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Governing terms for paid work
A signed proposal or service agreement takes priority over this website. The governing law, dispute process and exact business registration details for paid work are stated in that document and the related invoice.
